browser, through Google reading apps for multi-function devices, and
most dedicated e-book devices, such as the Sony Reader and the Nook (but
not the Kindle).

When you check out with your first Google eBook, you will be prompted to link your account. Or, you may click here to do so now.
If
you don't have a Google Account, you can create one from Google's login
screen. IMPORTANT! Google will ask you to verify your account by
following a link in an email they will send to you. You will need to
complete this verification process before you can access your Google
